Soothe your muscles with our steam room, 48 foot saline swimming pool or the Himalayan salt hot tub. A perfect end to a good workout!
A tea bar is available for your post workout replenishment.
Guests of THE SPA or hotel have complimentary access to all fitness amenities.
Fitness studio is available 7 days a week, 24 hours a day.
The pool amenities are available from 6am – 10pm, 7 days a week.

This seminar explores the symptoms and risks of heart attacks, as well as strategies to reduce those risks.
February 22, 2011: Taking the Challenge out of making Heart Healthy Changes
This seminar explores the five stages of making life changes. We will also discuss some common heart healthy lifestyle changes and strategies for success.
