We have been coming to the hotel for years and have always been pleased with the spa atmosphere and its services. This spa is the quintessential spa experience. The atmosphere is calm, relaxed and quiet. The staff go above and beyond to make guests feel welcome, relaxed and comfortable and are not only well-trained in technique but highly knowledgeable in products and all things “wellness”. The treatments are comprehensive…the facial not only addressed my face, neck and shoulder issues, it also included an arm, hand, foot and leg massage. Guests never feel rushed and are encouraged to stay and enjoy the facilities. There is nothing I would change or add; my experience was stellar!
I have been to many spas and had many facials, but can honestly say, my experience at THE SPA InterContinental Toronto Centre was the best I’ve had. I highly recommend giving yourself the gift of time at this spa.

My sisters and I have a spa day every January. This year we decided to try out THE SPA Intercontinental Toronto Centre and we're glad we did. Brittany was an exceptional massage therapist. She went above and beyond, not only treating my aching back but answering all my questions and finishing off the treatment with suggested stretching exercises. She even offered to email me directly regarding a question she was unable to answer at the time of treatment. The rest of the staff was also very welcoming and helpful. Overall we had a great experience and will definitely come back.
